5. Transaction Procedure


Buyer sends ICPO + CIS.

Seller responds with a Pro Forma Invoice signed by the Buyer.

Seller sends SPA to Buyer for amendment.

Seller provides POP to Buyers bank via SWIFT within a maximum of 30 banking days.

Buyer processes CAD (Cash Against Document) via SWIFT

within a maximum of 5 banking days.

Seller transfers ownership and sends all original documents via DHL (Bank to Bank).
